Ray Groth
Ray Groth
Ray Groth is currently a visiting professor of business administration at Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business. Previously, he served as head of the merger and acquisition group of First Union Securities, Inc., (now Wells Fargo Securities). Mr. Groth was a managing director in the merger and acquisition group of The First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse) in New York before joining First Union. Prior to a career on Wall Street, he practiced law for seven years with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. He currently serves on the board of directors of Patriot Risk Management, Inc., where he is chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the audit committee. Previously, Mr. Groth served on the boards of Specialty Underwriters' Alliance, Inc., where he chaired the strategic review and nominating and corporate governance committees and was a member of its compensation committee, and CT Communications, Inc., where he chaired its strategic review committee and was a member of its audit and compensation committees.

Mr. Coltrane was formerly the chairman, president and chief executive officer for CT Communications, Inc., an integrated telecommunications provider in North Carolina that was acquired in August 2007 by Windstream Corporation. Prior to joining CT Communications in 1988, he was the executive vice president of First Charter Corporation, a regional banking and financial services company. Mr. Coltrane has also served as the chairman, vice chairman and secretary of the United States Telecom Association.

Dave Vorhoff is a Managing Director and co-founding Partner of McColl Partners.  Mr. Vorhoff serves as the head of the firm's Healthcare Group.  Previously, he was a Managing Director of Banc of America Securities in New York, one of the leading healthcare investment banks in the country.  He was also a Managing Director of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities in New York, and Managing Director of NationsBank Capital Markets' mergers and acquisitions group in Charlotte, North Carolina.  During his 20 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Vorhoff has executed over 200 advisory and financing assignments in such industries as healthcare, retail, business services, apparel and textiles, printing and packaging, building products, financial services, and diversified manufacturing.  Mr. Vorhoff serves on the Board of Directors of Sonic Automotive and previously on the Board of Directors of Star Scientific and several private companies.
